A laundry room is on site with coin operated washing machines,
tumble dryers.
Irons and ironing boards are also available in each lodge and cottage.

Pets are welcome at a charge of £10 for short breaks (1-4 nights) per pet and £15 for a week (5-7 nights) per pet. Dogs must be
kept under strict control at all times and must not be left unattended in the Lodges. No pets are allowed at Tigh Beg.

Cots and high chairs are available free of charge, please supply
your own cot linen.
An indoor playroom area has a TV, video, and many games & toys
for children to play and keep themselves amused while you relax (unsupervised).
A children's swing and other outdoor play items are also on site, nothing big or commercialised.

Senior citizens can claim a special discount of 10% on any one week,
not available during peak periods.
Lodges: A special discount of £30.00 is given on a second and subsequent
weeks booked.
Cottages: A special discount of £50.00 is given on a second and subsequent
weeks booked.
If there are 2 or less people (or 2 & a baby) and you book a 2 bedroom
Lodge you will be given a discount of £20 off your booking.
(Excludes Beech Lodge, not available during peak periods)

NB only one discount offer can be taken at any
one time, unless with prior agreement.

arriving later than 6.30pm so arrangements can be made.

All accommodation is fully furnished and has excellent
kitchen facilities.
All Conifer, Ash and Poplar Lodges feature dishwashers
and new fitted kitchens. All cottages have dishwashers, washing machines
and tumble dryers.
Colour televisions (new flat screen Samsung TVs & free sat from Sky) are in each lodge
and house. Video hire
& film rental available on request.
The cottages also provide telephone points for computing equipment.
All bedrooms feature duvets with quality bed
linen provided being fully made up for arrival.
Car parking is close to every lodge/cottage.

The houses have their own phones (apart from Tigh Beg).
The best mobile phone receptions are from Vodafone and O2

Unfortunately we no longer offer grocery
lists with both Tesco &
Co-op supermarkets only 5
minutes car journey into
Oban. Both and are open Monday - Saturday 8am - 10pm and on Sunday 9am - 6pm. (Times are subject to change).

Charged by meter, read on arrival and departure,
calculated at Hydro Electricity Board rates plus 5% VAT. In the cottages there is a set charge of £10 per week for oil central heating.
For lodges in a normal week in May - end September the charge is approximately £4-8. From October to end April the charge is approximately £8-15.

Yes we have installed Sky FreeSat TV channels in all our properties, giving a wide range of channels & radio.

Can I smoke in the lodges and houses?
Sorry, but in line with Scottish & UK law, smoking is not allowed in public letting premises.
